Ex union minister Smriti Irani inspires workers in Amethi with winning formula
Amethi, May 27: Former Union Minister Smriti Irani, on a day-long visit to her former parliamentary constituency, was warmly welcomed by party workers before attending the closing ceremony of the two-day Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mega Campaign held at Musafirkhana.
Here, former Union Minister Smriti Irani appealed to the workers to strengthen the organization up to the booth level, maintain constant communication with the public and take the party’s policies to every household so that victory can be ensured. She said that the workers are the biggest strength of the party and their activeness strengthens the organization.
Former Union Minister Smriti Irani, who is on a visit to Amethi, visited the village of Poore Thakurain Majra Mattepur in the Tiloi tehsil area, where she expressed condolences on the passing of Brijesh Chandra Tiwari, brother of senior BJP leader Ramesh Tiwari. She paid tribute by offering flowers to the deceased’s portrait and met with the family members to console them. She also assured the family of all possible assistance. She then traveled to Guru Dutt Ganj, a village in Juthipur, in the Gauriganj assembly constituency, where she visited the residence of BJP booth president Pawan Pasi after his death and met with the family members to express her condolences.
