Integration of Sanatan Dharma and Vedic traditions key to India’s rise, says Rambhadracharya

Lucknow, June 6: Padma Vibhushan Jagadguru Rambhadracharya said that Sanatan Dharma and Indian Vedic culture are India’s inexhaustible heritage, which embody human welfare, moral values, and the spirit of universal brotherhood. Connecting the new generation with Vedic traditions and Sanatan values ​​is the need of the hour. This cultural integration will propel India towards becoming a world leader once again.

Scholars, academics, Sanskrit lovers, and researchers from across the country participated in the special lecture on the integration of Sanatan Dharma and Indian Vedic culture, and the felicitation ceremony for Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj, organized in the Parishad auditorium on Saturday under the auspices of the All India Sanskrit Parishad, Lucknow. On this occasion, Rambhadracharya Maharaj announced a contribution of one lakh rupees for the development of the All India Sanskrit Parishad.

Meanwhile, Lucknow North MLA Neeraj Bora announced a donation of five lakh rupees for the library and other development projects.

Rambhadracharya stated that the message of nature conservation, social harmony, and global peace is the core of Indian culture. If nature is protected, the existence of human civilization will also be secure. Explaining Bharatvarsha and devotion, he said that devotion to India is the foundation of true devotion and Indianness.

Acharya Ramchandra Das, successor to the Jagadguru, also shared his views. Professor Ramsevak Dubey, former Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan Sanskrit University, Jaipur, elaborated on the distinctive features of the commentaries written by Jagadguru Rambhadracharya.

Council Secretary Professor Prayag Narayan Mishra introduced the organization, while President Dr Chandrabhushan Tripathi read the congratulatory letter.

The program was conducted by Professor Ashok Kumar Satpathy. Vedic Mangalacharan and Shanti Path were performed by Kulwant and his colleagues.

Professor Ramchandra Das, Vice Chancellor of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyang Rajya Vishwavidyalaya, also spoke at the ceremony . Present were Shishir Kumar Pandey, Dr Ravi Kishore Trivedi, Dr Yuggilal Dixit, Dr Suryakant Tripathi, IAS Dr Neeraj Shukla, Dr Ashutosh Dwivedi, Prof Harishankar Mishra, Prof Ramsumer Yadav, Prof Anil Pratap Giri, along with many other scholars, researchers, and Sanskrit language lovers.
