
Massive recruitment drive: PM Modi to dole out job letters on Saturday
New Delhi, September 18: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to over 51,000 newly recruited youth in various government organizations during the 20th Job Fair on Saturday. The Prime Minister will address the newly recruited candidates via video conferencing at 12:30 pm.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the job fairs will be held at 45 locations across the country. The youth recruited during this period will take up positions in various ministries and departments of the central government, including the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, and Ministry of Defence, among others.
According to the government, the job fair is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to provide employment opportunities to youth and allow them to participate more fully in the country’s development.
With the 20th Job Fair, approximately 12.75 lakh youth will have been given appointment letters in various government departments and organizations.
