Two arrested for drugging man, filming obscene video to grab land in Lucknow
Lucknow, May 2: In a shocking incident in the Sushant Golf City police station area pf the Lucknow, some people allegedly drugged a young man, rendered him unconscious, and filmed an obscene video with a woman to blackmail him and seize his land; following a complaint lodged by the victim’s wife, police arrested two accused on Saturday and initiated further legal proceedings.
On May 1, Rita Saini, a resident of Mohari Kala in Gosaiganj, filed a complaint against Sunil Shukla, a resident of Nilmatha, Raju, a resident of Mohari Kala, Akanksha Pandey, Narendra Kumar, and others. She stated that these individuals drugged her husband as part of a plan. After this, Akanksha took obscene photos and videos with them. Now they are threatening them that if they don’t register the land, they will be implicated in a rape case and sent to jail.
On Saturday, police raided the Saryu Apartments in Sushant Golf City, the location specified by the victim. From there, Sunil and Akanksha were arrested and brought to the police station. During interrogation, the arrested accused confessed to the crime and said, “We run a site in the village of Moharikalan under the name Shubh Mangalam Infra. Hariom Shiv Vanmali owns land in the same village, and we were discussing the purchase with Hariom Shiv Vanmali. We spent a lot of money on Hariom Shiv Vanmali for the land, but Hariom Shiv Vanmali’s wife, Rita Saini, refused to give the land. After this, we bribed Raju and Narendra Kumar, residents of Moharikalan, and enlisted them.”
DCP South said that during interrogation the accused told that as per the plan, on April 28, they took Hariom Shiv Vanmali in the car and first reached the liquor shop, where they drank alcohol. In the evening, when they were drinking alcohol again, they mixed intoxicant in the alcohol and made Hariom drink it. When he fell unconscious, they took him to the Sainik Guest House and made an obscene video of him. Through this they were blackmailing him. Police have taken action against both the accused and have started searching for other accused.
