Adult‑rated thriller ‘Toxic’ set for August 26 theatrical release
Kannada cinema superstar Yash’s highly anticipated film “Toxic” has already generated buzz ahead of its release. Based on the gangster action drama, the film is set to release in theaters next month. The film’s teaser and two songs have already been released. The film is directed by National Award-winning director Geetu Mohandas and produced under the banner of KVN Productions. Speaking
about “Toxic,” producer Venkat K. Narayan said in a media interaction that the film is a highly ambitious project, with a scale, grandeur, and storytelling that is unlike any other film. He expressed confidence that audiences will appreciate its presentation and production standards after seeing the film in theaters.
The producer also clarified that “Toxic” is a fairy tale intended for adult audiences only. He believes that the thrill and experience of the film will be more effectively conveyed on the big screen. The film stars Yash alongside Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles. Akshay Oberoi, Sudev Nair, and Amit Tiwari also play pivotal roles. The film will be released in theaters worldwide on August 26th.
