Film earnings update: ‘Hanuman Ansh’ leads the pack with ₹300 cr, ‘Haiwaan’ flops at the BO
Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ continues its impressive run at the box office. The film is receiving positive response from audiences even during its trading days. The film has finally crossed the 300 crore mark worldwide. Meanwhile, Ali Fazal’s ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ is also inching closer to a domestic net collection of 200 crore rupees. On the other hand, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Haiwaan’ is witnessing a steady decline in its earnings.
Made on a budget of 2 crore rupees, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ continues to earn even after 41 days of its release. According to Sacnilk, the film grossed approximately 6 crore rupees on the 41st day. With this, the film’s net collection in India has increased to ₹237.13 crore, while the gross collection has reached ₹280 crore. With ₹1.75 crore earned overseas on the 41st day, the film’s total worldwide collection has reached ₹300.25 crore, including ₹20.25 crore overseas.
Regarding “Mirzapur: The Movie,” the film earned ₹3.75 crore on its 13th day. With this, the film’s net collection in India has reached ₹199.45 crore, while its worldwide total has reached ₹286.64 crore. Until recently, “Hanuman Ansh” and “Mirzapur: The Movie” were locked in a close competition at the box office, but “Hanuman Ansh” currently leads.
Meanwhile, “Haiwaan”‘s earnings have slowed considerably. According to reports, the film grossed only ₹55 lakh on its sixth day of release.
