Ajay Rai clarifies, organizers arranged fish meal, he did not consume
Varanasi, August 25: Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai said on Tuesday that members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have made false statements about him regarding the fish feast.
He stated that he is a follower of Sanatan Dharma and a resident of Kashi. If he is seen attending a fish feast anywhere, that should be brought to light. If there are any photos or videos, they should be made public.
State president Rai said that he was going to attend a program of the Nishad community, where the organizers had arranged for a fish meal. The allegations of him eating fish in the month of Sawan are false. The Bharatiya Janata Party members are making baseless allegations against him and his family.
