
Vinod Tawde gets crucial Uttar Pradesh role as BJP announces new in‑charges
New Delhi, August 18: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Nitin Naveen has made significant changes to the party organization, appointing new state in-charges and co-in-charges for Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Gujarat.
According to a release issued on Tuesday, BJP President Nitin Naveen has appointed Vinod Tawde in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, while Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel has been appointed co-in-charge of the state.
Satish Poonia has been given the responsibility of Punjab. Tarun Chugh has been appointed the new in-charge of Gujarat. These appointments are considered important for further strengthening the BJP’s organizational structure and preparing for upcoming political and electoral activities.
It is noteworthy that on Monday, the BJP announced the new team while making organizational changes. Vinod Tawde was reappointed as National General Secretary. Rajya Sabha member Tarun Chugh was appointed in-charge of the party office. Satish Punia was also appointed National General Secretary.
