CM Yogi meets public at Gorakhnath temple, orders swift action on grievances

Gorakhpur, October 21: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a ‘Janata Darshan’ program on Wednesday morning at Gorakhnath Temple where he met citizens, listened to their grievances, and directed officials to ensure prompt and effective resolution of the issues raised.

During the public darshan, the Chief Minister told officials that the government’s commitment to public welfare and prosperity by resolving everyone’s problems is to ensure that every victim is treated with sensitivity and their problems are resolved.

During the public darshan at the Gorakhnath Temple, the Chief Minister met approximately 200 people. He personally approached the people seated on chairs in front of the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan in the temple complex and listened to their problems one by one. He referred everyone’s applications to the relevant officials, instructing them for prompt and satisfactory resolution, and assured the people that the government is committed to resolving the problems of every victim.

During the Janta Darshan, the Chief Minister directed officials that those who illegally occupy land and dispossess the vulnerable should not be spared under any circumstances. Strict legal action should be taken against them. If the dispute is a family dispute, the concerned parties should be brought together and resolved through mutual dialogue.

Directing that revenue and police matters be resolved with complete transparency and fairness, the Chief Minister emphasized that no injustice should be done to anyone. Every victim should be treated with sensitivity and assistance. Those who are deprived of the benefits of government schemes for various reasons should be provided with these benefits.

Some people approached the Chief Minister during the Janta Darshan requesting financial assistance for treatment. Chief Minister Yogi assured them that the government would provide adequate support.

Handing over their applications to the officials, the Chief Minister directed that the treatment estimate process be completed as soon as possible and made available to the government.

He also asked those who came for medical assistance about the Ayushman card. In the absence of these cards, he directed officials to issue Ayushman cards to every needy person. Some women had come with their children for the Janta Darshan.

Chief Minister encouraged these children to study hard, showering them with love and blessings while giving them chocolates.

On Wednesday morning, as per his traditional routine, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the cowshed after visiting the Gorakhnath temple complex. Here, he caressed the foreheads of the cattle, patted their backs, and fed them roti and jaggery with his own hands. During his visit to the temple complex, the Chief Minister also showered love on the children who had come with their families. He called the children close to him, had a cordial conversation with them, gave them chocolates, and blessed them to study hard. During this, he also performed the Annaprashan ceremony of a child.
